The 12th China (Yiwu) International Exhibition on Hosiery, Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing Machinery (YIWU H&G 2011) - A Showcase of the World's Best Hosiery-Cum-Seamless-Underwear Machinery, Parts and Accessories concluded fruitfully on 25 November 2011 at Yiwu International Expo Centre, Yiwu, Zhejiang, PR China. Under the theme of "Innovation and Breakthrough", the fair featured new and innovative collections of machinery, equipment, technology and techniques which assisted the market development, trade and economic cooperation, brand nurturing and information exchange.

In YIWU H&G 2011, the exhibiting scale reached 9,000 sqm and showcased around 400 high-tech textile machinery and technology by 150 exhibitors from 10 countries and regions. The 3-day exhibition attracted a total of 8,508 professional buyers from China and abroad, of which 6.2% were overseas buyers. Taiwan Hosiery Manufacturers' Association organized more than 30 delegates to attend the exhibition while Xiangshan Knitting Industry Association and Gushan Underwear Industry Association also visited for the first time. It was the 3rd year for Hanning Hosiery Industry Association, Zhuji Hosiery Association and Pujiang County Knitting, Printing and Dyeing Industry Association to bring more than 100 members for visiting and sourcing at YIWU H&G.

Under The 12th Five Year Plan, there is higher demand on industrial upgrade and energy savings for textile industry. YIWU H&G has always been glittered and caught attention in the industry due to its splendid reputation. Among 150 exhibitors, many of them have been supporting YIWU H&G for several years, whom recognize the professionalism and internationalism as well as abundant business opportunities at YIWU H&G. Santoni (Italy), Chemtex(Hong Kong) Cixing (Ningbo), Runyuan (Changzhou), Shanghai Yin etc., were satisfied with amount of turnover and buyers' enquiries made during the show period. After all, many exhibitors have reserved booths of YIWU H&G 2012 onsite and some even mentioned that they would take larger exhibiting area.

Mr. Wang Yue Zhong from Shanghai Ruifang Instrument Co., Ltd. stated, "We have participated in YIWU H&G for consecutive years. Although we are affected by the economic environment that we faced difficulties in sales, our business in YIWU is still keep growing."

Ms. Xu Zheng Fen, Senior Officer of Rubberflex Sdn Bhd mentioned, "It is our first time to exhibit in YIWU H&G, we found that many machinery enterprises use rubber thread. We have received enquiries from enterprises in Yiwu. We are confident on the future market."

Mr. Liao Xi Rong, Chairman of Taiwan's Yamacom said, "Traditional facilities will be gradually replaced by high-tech machinery for efficiency enhancement. Hopefully we can seize opportunities through YIWU H&G."

Mr. Huang Yu Wei from Dongguan Yinglong Machinery Co., Ltd. said, "It's our first time to participate at YIWU H&G. We have brought 2 equipment with our own patent, which made the debut at Eastern China market. We regard YIWU H&G as an important exhibiting platform that we could increase the market share and enhance our reputation in Eastern China region."
